G4 SSD is currently involved in projects in Africa and South America.

In Africa we are working with The Institute for Crop Research in the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT) to establish trial sites on various G4 farming enterprises in Liberia, Ghana and Kenya.  Work of particular interest is in the production and utilization of Groundnuts and Sweet Sorghum.  Work is also being perfomed on commercial crops of Groundnuts, Crambe, Sunflower and Castor.

We have already successfuly trialed a variety of Crambe in Brazil on which we hold a licence.  Work is now taking place with our Brazilian partners Marca S and Foundation MS to bring Crambe into commercial production and processing.

We are also working with partners in the Middle East on crop development and seed multiplication and have bioenergy technology partners in China and the Far East.
